M&E Project Engineer

M&E Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Engineer) Position: M&E Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Singapore Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects. Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on all M&E matters. Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and productivity of M&E installations. Conduct inspections and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site operations. Prepare and submit progress reports, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. Ensure compliance with Singapore authorities' regulations, codes, and standards. Assist in project planning, scheduling, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Requirements Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E projects. Familiar with local authority requirements and construction regulations in Singapore. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a project team. Possess good organizational and time management skills. Experience in commercial & industrial projects will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing subcontractors and site coordination. Familiarity with BCA, MOM, and workplace safety requirements. Possession of relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
