Quality Assurance Tester

Within our GPS (Global Products & Solutions) Technology division, the Quality Assurance (QA) team delivers Testing as a Service across multiple squads in the GPS Agile Release Train (ART). The team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability and compliance of applications, while supporting the seamless transition of new features and systems into production. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional squads, contribute to test strategy and execution, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices within an Agile environment. KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Quality Assurance & Test Management Review and analyze user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability Contribute to backlog refinement from a testing and quality perspective Collaborate with squads to define test strategies, test plans, and coverage Execute test cases and document results in line with audit and compliance requirements Identify, log, and track defects with clear and structured documentation Provide timely feedback to squads as part of continuous delivery Collaboration & Delivery Support Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve defects Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Support squads in validating functional and workflow behavior across interconnected systems Test Automation & Continuous Improvement Support the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts Collaborate with fellow testers to improve testing tools, methodologies, and services Promote best practices in QA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Production Support & Release Management Support deployment activities and transition of changes into production Perform post…
