About this role

Assist relationship managers in handling account-related matters for non-bank financial institution clients, including but not limited to coordinating account opening applications and maintenance forms, checking document completeness, ensuring logical and compliant signature and authorization setups, and liaising with internal departments to facilitate account opening and maintenance processes. Support relationship managers in processing clients’ daily transactions, including but not limited to deposits, settlements, and foreign exchange. Assist in conducting industry research related to non-bank financial institutions. Support coordination with relevant industry associations and help organize various events. Assist in analyzing client account usage and provide recommendations for relevant marketing strategies. Requirement: More than 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with good communication skills and logical thinking ability, capable of working under pressure. Familiar with banking-related accounts, settlement, and other business operations, with a meticulous and careful approach to work. Exceptionally capable candidates may be considered beyond the industry and experience limitations. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to write reports in Chinese, so as to provide service to Chinese speaking customers and verify documents. Strong teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, with good adaptability and stress resistance. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and deliver results before deadlines.
