Operations Manager

We are an offshore Wholesales Bank seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee key operational functions. The candidate must have at least 5-10 years of team leadership in overseeing Bilateral /Syndication Loan Administration, Trade Finance, Remittance and Treasury Settlement functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily settlement operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence with Head Office policies and internal procedures. Oversee audit engagements and regulatory reviews including issue remediation of operations-related matters. Ability to optimize processes by developing, implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures. Solid knowledge of operational risk management, regulatory requirements, and provide guidance to the team to ensure Departmental SOPs, and the Bank's policies and guidelines. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience in Wholesales Banking Operations, with a strong hands-on experience in Bilateral/Syndication Loan Administration, Trade Finance, Remittance, and Treasury settlement. Familiar with MEPS+ and SWIFT operations is preferred. Proven ability to manage system and business processimprovement initiatives. Ability to work independently while managing teamperformance. Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate withHead Office and Mandarin-speaking clients.
