Finance Intern

As the Finance Intern, you will: Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including verification of invoicing request, invoice posting, issue tax invoice Support Accounts Receivable (AR) management by monitoring outstanding balances and analyzing AR trends to provide insights on collection performance and payment patterns Assist in preparing and updating cash flow forecasts by compiling financial data, monitoring inflows and outflows, and supporting the finance team in cash management analysis Assist in documenting and standardizing Finance Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including process mapping and coordination with team members to ensure clear and efficient workflows Support the finance team in ERP system migration activities Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, accounting standards and regulatory requirements Assist in day-to-day finance operations tasks You should have: Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written, listening, and communication skills Attention to detail and be organised A commitment period of at least 3-6months It would be good to have: Knowledge of, or experience with. accounting systems such as Xero / Quickbooks
