360 Technology Recruiter Location: Central East, Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangements: 100% onsite About the Role We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Technology Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for both business development and candidate management, partnering with clients to deliver top technology talent across permanent and contract positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving results. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients within the technology sector. Identify business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality technology professionals. Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and market conditions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology candidates across various skill sets. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records and recruitment activities within the CRM/ATS. Achieve individual sales, placement, and revenue targets while delivering an excellent client and candidate experience. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably within the technology sector. Proven experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a commercial mindset.
