Director Of Mergers & Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic *Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)* to lead the company’s growth through acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities, as well as overseeing post-merger integration and value realization. The role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, financial expertise, and leadership in managing complex cross-functional transactions. *Strategic Planning & Deal Origination* * Develop and implement the company’s M&A strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. * Identify, evaluate, and recommend acquisition, merger, and divestment opportunities. * Conduct market mapping and maintain a strong network to source and originate potential deals. * Prepare and present investment proposals and business cases to senior management and the Board. *Deal Execution & Structuring* * Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions — including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing. * Build and review detailed financial models to assess valuation, synergies, and investment returns. * Coordinate with internal and external advisors (legal, tax, financial, regulatory) on deal structuring and documentation. * Manage the transaction timeline and ensure efficient execution across all stakeholders. *Due Diligence & Risk Management* * Oversee all due diligence workstreams (financial, operational, legal, tax, and compliance). * Identify potential risks, synergies, and integration challenges. * Summarize key findings and present actionable recommendations to management. *Post-Merger Integration* * Develop integration plans to align operations, culture, and financial systems post-acquisition. * Work closely with business and functional leaders to drive synergy realization and performance tracking. * Establish governance structures and performance KPIs for acquired entities. *Governance & Compliance* * Ensure compliance wi…
