Clinic Assistant

Role Description Handle billing functions, including verifying patients’ details, past invoices, appointment records, and payment history using Clinic systems Assist with scheduling appointments and other related arrangements Manage patient enquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Advise patients on the availability of cashless payment options for their visits Submit insurance claims through various insurance portals Perform e-filing of patient records and manage patient communications Act as a chaperone for patients when required Training and guidance will be provided Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a strong team player Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Willingness to learn Prior relevant clinic experience is preferred Employment Details Annual Leave: 14 days Work Schedule: 5.5 working days per week Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location: Various branches, Central, Eunos, Novena, Royal square If you believe you are a good fit for this role, please submit your resume via the recruitment portal or email it to HR@BASELMEDICAL.COM
