Business Analyst (Bpmn)

Role: Business Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions. Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements to translate needs into clear functional specifications Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to improve workflow efficiency Apply Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Gantt Charts to visualize project timelines and system designs Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives Utilize programming knowledge in JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to support solution design and validation Employ development tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to facilitate project execution Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and documentation of requirements Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and stakeholder expectations Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory) Experienced in UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies Familiarity with programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP Skilled in using Visual Studio and tools such as NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred competencies and qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
