Business Analyst (Bpmn)

Business Analyst (4 Years Experience) Location: Singapore Job Summary You will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions. Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements to support solution development and implementation Model business processes using BPMN to visualize workflows and improve operational efficiency Apply UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies to structure project deliverables and timelines Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications Utilize knowledge of programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to communicate effectively with development teams Use development and analysis tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to support project execution and data visualization Communicate analytical findings and project documentation clearly to diverse stakeholders Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory) Experience with UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC frameworks Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with programming technologies: JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP Experience using Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
