BIM Manager (Main-Contractor Environment)

Lead the project team’s digitalisation efforts to support the successful delivery of IDD projects, while championing the adoption of BIM, VDC, and other digital workflows. Work proficiently with Architectural, Civil & Structural, and M&E 3D BIM models to ensure coordination, accuracy, and project alignment. Develop and implement VDC/IDD standards, while enforcing the organisation’s BIM templates and documentation standards across projects. Strengthen QA/QC processes by monitoring BIM model quality, ensuring consistency in 2D/3D family standards and alignment with organisational guidelines. Manage and guide a team of Digital Engineers or BIM Specialists, overseeing BIM deliverables, shop drawing submissions, and model-based documentation for design and fabrication. Requirements: Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects. Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
