Bayes is representing an Engineering Consultancy on a Director-level C&S QP role. The role leads Building projects in the Singapore market, including Data-Centre typology The role requires a PEB (Registered in Singapore) with Masters/Degree, from Engineering Consultancy or Design/Architectural Practice with above 15 years of senior-level experience Building/Property/Commercial Projects – To provide technical leadership and governance, supporting work winning, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery. Data-centre experience is required Act as the key point of accountability, aligning client requirements with technical execution and team performance. Identify and secure new business opportunities to support the consultancy’s growth in allocated market for Building/Property/Commercial Provide expertise advice on design quality in projects and develop knowledge sharing capability within the teams.Recommend the needs of software/equipment to meet engineering works. Act as a technical adviser for junior colleagues in the design and project management of projects.
