Payroll/HR Executive

Manage and process payroll for regional offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. (Construction Industry, high headcount) Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner. Stay updated on regional statutory and tax regulations affecting payroll Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements Diploma/NITEC in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience; payroll experience is necessary Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
