As Head Performing Artiste, you will lead daily operations and direct performances to enhance the nightlife experience and drive sales growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations for performing artistes to ensure smooth execution of performances Direct and coordinate diverse performances to create engaging and memorable nightlife experiences for patrons Develop and implement strategies to boost daily sales through targeted performance planning Cultivate a vibrant atmosphere by leveraging strong passion for music and commanding stage presence Collaborate with team members to maintain high performance standards and customer satisfaction
