Job Summary Perform as a stage artist delivering live performances that engage audiences through expressive body movement, spoken language, facial expressions, and action. Responsibilities Perform live on stage in front of audiences to entertain and engage them Express emotions and present ideas clearly using body movement, spoken language, facial expressions, and actions Attend rehearsals and collaborate with band members to prepare for performances Work with the music director to refine and improve the quality of performances Coordinate the arrival and setup of musical instruments and props for gigs Interpret and apply feedback from directors to enhance performance quality Memorize lines or musical notes accurately to ensure smooth performances Communicate effectively with audiences and colleagues during performances Adapt performance style and actions to connect with different audience types and increase audience engagement Perform dance routines confidently on stage as part of the act Be available to work during weekends and public holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to perform in a variety of musical and performance styles to entertain diverse audiences Strong creativity to develop engaging and dynamic stage presentations
