Senior/Counsellor

Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and family counselling Work closely with parents to develop effective strategies for supporting their children's social, emotional, and behavioural development Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals/agencies Conduct small and large group psycho-educational sessions on coping strategies Maintain case consultation records and proper documentation Requirements: Relevant counselling qualification, recognised by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) Passion for working with children and families Empathy for children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties Strong interpersonal and communication skills Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues Resourceful and resilient Preferably at least three years of working experience with children and youths, and their families Please apply directly or send your CV and resume to hello@bearielearningspace.com Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted
