Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Bank)

Job Summary Support banking operations by managing client accounts, executing investment transactions, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks to maintain smooth daily functions and strong client relationships. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal support teams and partners to resolve administrative and operational issues, ensuring seamless daily operations Respond to client enquiries and support servicing needs to build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Execute investment transactions and monitor clients’ investment positions while managing all related documentation accurately Manage account-related processes including new account openings, account maintenance, credit applications, and periodic reviews such as KYC and CRQ Detect and escalate suspicious client or staff activities, including account irregularities, to relevant departments following compliance protocols Complete mandatory training and apply the bank’s KYC, AML, and CDD frameworks to ensure full regulatory compliance Required competencies and certifications Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a similar banking role or capacity CACS papers 1 & 2 certification CMFAS certifications
