Job Summary Acquire, build, and deepen relationships with existing High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenues while delivering professional advisory and portfolio management services aligned with clients’ investment objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HNWI clients’ profiles, demographics, psychographics, and asset holdings within the Bank and externally to tailor investment strategies effectively Serve as the primary point of contact for HNWI clients to ensure seamless communication and deliver personalized service that meets client needs Proactively manage client relationships to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability budgets by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities Analyze HNWI clients’ investment needs and objectives to provide tailored advisory services that enhance client satisfaction and retention Conduct all sales and service activities in strict compliance with the Bank’s risk management policies and regulatory requirements to ensure operational integrity Generate new business by leveraging existing networks and identifying potential clients to meet defined sales targets Utilize Microsoft Office and basic PC skills to prepare accurate reports, presentations, and client documentation efficiently Apply expert knowledge of banking and investment products to deliver informed advisory services aligned with client goals Required competencies and certifications CMFAS certifications CACS Papers 1 & 2 Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Relevant experience in relationship management within banking or financial institutions Experience in complementary industries with an established network of HNWI clients
