VP, Treasury & Alm Role – Banking

Team management role Broad exposure High-visibility role You will perform daily funding/liquidity operations, own the FTP methodology end-to-end, and support ALCO with liquidity, funding mix and interest rate risk analysis. You will also monitor IRRBB, maintain the Contingent Funding Plan, support stress testing, and partner closely with Treasury, Risk and Finance on governance, controls and process improvements. The successful candidate comes with at least 10 years relevant experience across ALM, Funding Operations, FTP. Preferably with some team management experience. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. As this role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.
