Investor Relations Manager

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Leading listed company Sit within Investor Relations & Corporate Communications team Responsibilities would include: Main point of contact with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings, site visits, roadshows and conferences Support development and execution of investor relations and corporate communications strategies by translating financial and operational performance into clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for stakeholders Strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the group’s strategy, performance and long-term value proposition Synthesise inputs from various business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent, strategically aligned and focused on what matters most to the market Prepare high-quality investor communications materials eg. earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefing documents, and key messages for results announcements and investor engagements Manage IR content across relevant platforms ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 3-6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research or a related field Excellent written and spoken English Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise financial, operational and strategic information clearly Confident communicator, with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Ability to interpret financial data, exercise sound judgement and extract relevant insights effectively from stakeholders.
