Senior Consultant, Consulting (Singapore)

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Leading global business consulting firm Candidates must have strategic consulting experience in a reputed company, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life sciences sectors Responsibilities would include: Interact with the client’s management team Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship Participate in hiring new promising candidates, identifying prospective clients and preparing pitch, etc. Profile of ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 4-6 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record Mandatory: Growth Strategy / Go-To-Market / Strategy Consulting experience Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to jemelee.triveles@ethosbc.com quoting reference number CL/BH-22855/FB .
