Key Responsibilities Professional Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, key opinion leaders, dental schools, and professional associations. Position the company's oral care portfolio as the preferred recommendation within the professional dental community. Develop long-term partnerships that strengthen brand advocacy and product recommendation. Business Development & Territory Management Drive demand generation and business growth across the assigned territory by increasing product recommendation and professional adoption. Execute territory plans to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators. Identify new growth opportunities through market intelligence, customer engagement, and industry developments. Clinical & Scientific Engagement Serve as the primary resource for oral health education, clinical information, and product knowledge. Deliver engaging scientific presentations, educational programmes, and product training sessions to healthcare professionals. Keep abreast of clinical developments, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to provide value-added insights to customers. Events & Professional Marketing Represent the organisation at dental congresses, symposiums, exhibitions, and industry events. Support the planning and execution of professional marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate product sampling initiatives and educational programmes to encourage product trial and recommendation. Reporting & Commercial Insights Monitor territory performance, customer engagement, and market penetration. Analyse activity effectiveness and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence to deliver business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Detailing, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Sales, Dental Sales, Oral Care, or Consumer Healthcare. Experience engaging healthcare professionals, clinicians, or key opinion leaders is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights. Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
