Fp&A Manager

Our client is a global manufacturing group with growing operations and commercial teams across Asia. Based in Singapore and reporting into senior regional finance leadership, this role takes ownership of the planning, budgeting and analysis agenda for the region. You will run the annual planning and budget cycles for the region, including the forecasts month to month, and pull together the region's management reporting into a narrative that tells senior leaders what is happening in the business and why. Much of the role is spent alongside the country teams - digging into what is moving the numbers in each market, flagging where performance could slip or where upside is being left on the table, and pushing back constructively. There is also a clear modernization mandate: less manual reporting, better dashboards, more consistent formats across markets, all while keeping the control environment tight and every entity aligned with group policy. On background, you have spent 8-10 years in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within the manufacturing or products sector, and hold a degree in finance, accounting or business. A professional qualification such as CPA or CA is welcomed but not required. You are advanced in Excel, familiar with AI-enabled tools, and a strong communicator with sharp attention to detail. Because the systems and processes here are still maturing, you bring structure rather than need it, with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
