Business Development Manager, Public Sector

Our client is a Singapore based Software Solutions Provider, looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive business growth within Singapore's Public Sector. This is a newly created headcount, focused on developing new business opportunities and building strategic relationships across government agencies. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development across Singapore's Public Sector (Ministries, Statutory Boards and Government Agencies). Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders. Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to develop winning proposals. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience selling into Singapore's Public Sector. Experience managing Government or Ministry accounts Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record in new business development. Candidates currently in Account Management roles who are looking to transition into a more hunting-focused sales role are encouraged to apply.
