Director, Technology Finance Business Partnering

Leadership position High visibility with C-suite stakeholders Career exposure This is a senior leadership position, managing a team of 3 pax to lead the Technology Finance team. This will include performance management, budgeting, and strategic advisory while shaping the firm’s frameworks for digital and AI projects. You will be required to partner closely with senior leaders from the Technology Business Unit to optimise cost, drive insights, and improve resource allocation. The successful candidate should come with at least 15+ years’ relevant experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering from a Financial Institution or MNC. A seasoned finance leader with team management experience. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, strong influencing ability, and negotiation skills to be able to partner C-suite stakeholders.
