Risk & Assurance (Senior Manager)

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Risk & Assurance professional to join its regional team in Singapore. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide risk management initiatives, strengthening governance frameworks, and providing strategic risk advisory across a diverse international business. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to identify emerging risks, enhance control environments, and drive proactive risk management practices. In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting organisational resilience, crisis preparedness, and risk reporting to senior management. There will also be opportunities to contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives involving data analytics, technology, and evolving risk management methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise risk management, internal audit, controls, or governance, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
