Machine Operator (Machine-Tool Operator) Aligned with MyCareersFuture Singapore / MOM Fair Consideration Framework Employment Type : Full-Time Monthly Salary : SGD 3,500 – 5,500 + Performance Allowance + Overtime Location : Singapore – MCF Manufacturing / Workshop Reporting To : Production Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Machine-Tool Operator to set up, operate, monitor and maintain high-speed production machinery and workshop equipment. You will ensure smooth, safe and efficient manufacturing output, conduct routine checks, and guide junior operators to uphold quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, calibrate and operate various high-speed machine tools and manufacturing equipment per production specifications Monitor machine performance, adjust settings as needed, and ensure consistent output quality Perform routine inspections, cleaning and basic maintenance; report faults, wear or safety issues immediately Use precision measurement tools to verify dimensions and compliance with standards Track unit efficiency regularly, identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements Train and mentor new or junior operators on safe operation, procedures and best practices Maintain warehouse/production equipment and keep work areas clean, organised and hazard-free Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements and company guidelines at all times Requirements & Qualifications Proven hands-on experience as a Machine-Tool / Machine Operator in a manufacturing or workshop setting Working knowledge of high-speed machinery, cutting tools and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.) Physically fit; able to stand for long periods, lift loads and perform repetitive tasks reliably Strong teamwork, clear communication skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions Meticulous about safety, quality and record-keeping Relevant certification or trade qualification is an advantage; training provided for MCF systems Core Competencies Machine Setup & Operation Equipment Maintenance & Safety Precision Measurement & Quality Control Process Monitoring & Improvement Mentoring & Teamwork Reliability & Physical Stamina Application Notes Open to Singaporeans, PRs and eligible work pass holders in line with MOM guidelines All statutory benefits (CPF, leave, insurance) provided No recruitment fees of any kind at any stage
