Media & Communications Director

Job Summary Oversee media strategy, PR outreach, and brand reputation across all channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute MCF’s comprehensive media and communications strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement Manage media partnerships and press relations to build strong industry connections and positive public perception Lead and coordinate content, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns Monitor and analyze platform trends and emerging formats to innovate communication approaches and maintain competitive edge Provide regular reports to leadership on brand health metrics and identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights Implement crisis communication plans to protect and manage brand reputation during critical situations Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing Minimum 5 years of experience in media, PR, or digital marketing, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles Established network with Singapore media and industry partners essential for effective media relations Proven storytelling and crisis management skills to handle sensitive communications effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications None explicitly stated Other Information Location: Singapore – Head Office Salary: SGD 6,000 – 11,900 monthly + Annual Incentive
