What You'll Be Doing Advise and guide prospective students on suitable courses and career pathways. Promote Beauty, Wellness, Aesthetic, Massage, Holistic Therapy, and Professional Certification programmes. Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website leads, walk-ins, and referrals. Conduct course consultations and recommend training solutions based on individual career goals. Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-up communications. Assist students through the enrolment process and provide excellent customer service. Organise and participate in education fairs, open houses, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events. Support social media engagement and lead generation activities. Maintain accurate student records and sales reports. Collaborate closely with trainers and administration teams to ensure a positive student experience. Who We're Looking For Passionate about education, personal development, and helping others succeed. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets and incentives. Experience in education consultancy, course sales, student recruitment, telemarketing, customer service, beauty industry sales, or related fields will be an advantage.
