Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver engaging classroom and practical training for beauty and wellness programmes. Conduct learner-centred lessons using effective adult learning methodologies. Facilitate both theory and practical sessions. Assessment & Evaluation Assess learner competency according to course requirements. Provide constructive feedback to support learner improvement. Maintain assessment records accurately. Curriculum Development Review and improve existing training materials. Develop lesson plans, learning resources and practical activities. Ensure curriculum remains relevant to current industry practices. Learner Support & Mentorship Coach learners throughout their learning journey. Motivate learners to achieve successful learning outcomes. Provide guidance on career development and industry expectations. Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate learner attendance and assessment records. Prepare training documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), CPE and internal quality assurance requirements. Industry Engagement Keep abreast of beauty industry trends and emerging technologies.
