What You'll Be Doing: • Support retail marketing campaigns and day-to-day operational initiatives • Create and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels • Work with designers on marketing collaterals, product launches, packaging, and premium gifts • Plan and support events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities • Participate in livestreams, digital content creation, and social media engagement • Support e-commerce operations and online sales initiatives • Conduct market research, sales analysis, and identify emerging trends • Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exciting marketing projects What We're Looking For: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline • Passionate about marketing, retail, social media, and customer engagement • Comfortable interacting with customers both online and offline • Positive, proactive, and willing to learn • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable participating in livestreams and digital content creation (training provided)
