This role supports members and patrons by offering a positive and responsive experience from initial inquiry to daily support and long-term relationship management. Ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional, this role enhances the reputation of the institution through a seamless blend of warmth, discretion, and operational excellence. OFFICIAL DUTIES Drawing an annual package of up to $50K, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-end operations while assisting the customer services manager in related duties. REQUIREMENTS The candidate should possess experience as a customer service executive or call centre experience. Good communication skills and a strong command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage (in order to handle queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers). The candidate should desire to work in an environment consisting of christian staff and customers during retail working hours. All are welcome to apply. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years in either sales, hospitality, concierge or customer services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer care Background or strong interest in music, arts, or education Professional, polished demeanor and ability to engage comfortably with customers and VIPs.
