Job Summary Develop and lead AI and related upskilling courses using the WSQ Framework. Manage a team of Courseware Developers to create and deliver training programmes that meet departmental KPIs and serve individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities Design and develop new training courses using the WSQ Framework to upskill individuals and corporate clients in AI and related fields Lead and coordinate a team of Courseware Developers to produce high-quality course materials aligned with company standards Collaborate with management to set, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs for course delivery and programme success
