Founding Leader – SME Growth & Revenue (Build a $10M Business in 36 Months) Reports To CEO The Opportunity We are building the next phase of growth for our organisation — a dedicated SME corporate business focused on workforce transformation and capability development across Singapore and Asia. Our ambition is bold and clear: Build a USD $10 Million SME revenue business within the next 2–3 years. This is an opportunity to create and lead a new business vertical from the ground up, with an entrepreneurial mandate and full ownership of growth. Why This Role Exists Enterprise growth is relationship-led. SME growth is system-led. Winning this market requires designing: • A scalable revenue engine • A high-performance sales organisation • Repeatable SME acquisition models • Fast-moving solution-led offerings You will effectively operate as the Head of the Corporate Business Unit. What You Will Build • A predictable SME acquisition engine • A high-velocity sales organisation • Sector-led SME solutions • Expansion and recurring revenue models • A scalable regional growth playbook Your Mandate 1. Build a $10M Revenue Engine Define SME go-to-market strategy, drive acquisition, and establish predictable monthly growth. 2. Build and Lead the Organisation Design and scale teams including Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, Solutioning Desk, and Channel Partnerships. 3. Create a High-Velocity Funnel Own the SME lifecycle from lead to expansion with focus on conversion science, productivity and sales velocity. 4. Shape Market Offerings Work with Product and Curriculum leadership to build SME workforce transformation bundles. 5. Build SME Ecosystem Advantage Develop acquisition channels through associations, ecosystems, and partnerships. 6. Operate Like a Business Owner Own forecasting, unit economics, CAC efficiency, and scalability. Who This Role Is For Entrepreneurial leaders who have: • Scaled SME or mid-market businesses • Built inside sales or SaaS growth engines • Strong commercial ownership mindset and who want ownership rather than incremental management roles. What Success Looks Like Year 1: SME growth engine operational and leadership hired. Year 2: Rapid SME penetration and expansion revenue growth. Year 3: $10M SME business achieved with regional scalability.
