Part Time Clinic Receptionist

Clinic Receptionist We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry Assist in billing, payments, and processing insurance claims (if applicable) Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow Keep the reception area neat and presentable Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, courteous, and patient-focused attitude Good organisational and multitasking abilities Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.) Prior experience in customer service or healthcare reception is an advantage Why Join Us?
