Full-Time Kitchen Assistant / Chef De Partie

Our cafe in Joo Chiat is hiring!! (5 day work week, 44hrs shift per week) Responsibilities: · Assist chefs with food preparation including cutting vegetables, meat, and seafood. · Prepare ingredients and maintain prep areas according to established recipes and procedures. · Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. · Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies. · Assist in receiving and storing deliveries. · Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
