Roles Management To effectively manage daily operations of the clinic Monitor and ensure quality of service are kept and maintained within Company's directions Maintain a professional code of conduct as a supervisor and maintain discipline of the clinic assistant Ensure positive attitudes and positive environment for all staff Lead the team to align with company’s positive initiatives and values Work closely with the management Hands-on Schedule monthly clinic assistant schedule Handle administrative duties including management of inventory, filing and tidying the clinic. Assisting doctors in medical procedures including minor surgery, laser, botox and fillers Clinic housekeeping Day to Day administrative duties of clinic including dispensing of medicine Inventory management Familiar with Medisave, CHAS and various Managed Health Care plans.
