We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Professional to join our fast- paced International team. The candidate shall report to the Senior HR Operations Manager and shall be responsible but not limited to: 1. HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle: · Manage day-to-day HR Operations across APAC & MEA (5 Locations) · Prepare employment contracts, renewal letters, and HR documentation · Track contract expiry dates and ensure timely renewals · Coordinate Visa, EP, Work pass applications and documentation · Maintain onboarding and offboarding documentation & HRIS for audit compliance · Submit government claims (NS Makeup Pay, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave) · Maintain compliance trackers and support audit preparation · Ensure employee data accuracy across all systems 2. Compensation, Payroll and Benefits Administration: · Prepare monthly payroll movement files for the region · Updates monthly currency rates, quarterly commission pot trackers for payment · Consolidate quarterly bonus payout templates · Draft payroll communication emails for approval · Track payroll deadlines (GIRO, tax filing, claims) · Coordinate insurance enrolment and renewals (Medical, Life, Office, D&O) · Upkeep calendar timelines on critical HR processes (Insurance, Pay Review cycle etc.) · Support pay review cycle with data preparation and letter drafting · Complete employee cessation routines, including final payroll and exit interviews 3. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: · Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior executive and mid-level roles · Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews · Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment trackers · Coordinate reference checks and job offer proposals · Support senior-level hiring logistics when required. · Maintain workforce planning trackers and recruitment dashboards. 4. Performance, Capability & Development: · Administer performance cycle logistics (goal setting, mid-year, year-end) · Track completion of performance reviews and calibration inputs · Prepare performance reports for manager’s review · Coordinate training sessions and compliance learnings when necessary · Maintain training matrix and capability development records · Support documentation for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) 5. Employee Engagement, Culture and CSR: · Organize CSR activities and employee engagement events · Coordinate service anniversary gifts and recognitions programs · Prepare internal communication materials (emails, announcements) · Support regional town halls and culture-building initiatives · Track participation and feedback for engagement programs 6.
