Project Management Manager

JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER BESCO BUILDING SUPPLIES (S.E.A) PTE LTD LOCATION: SINGAPORE Job Description: We are looking for aresponsible and experienced Project Management Manager to oversee and coordinateday-to-day site operations. As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm. Key Responsibilities: Confirming building plans with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers Hiring construction workers Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines Purchasing or hiring building equipment and materials Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard Monitoring construction budget to minimise overspending Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations • Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders • Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday (if required): Half day / as peroperational needs
