Key Highlights: Office Hours: Monday - Friday Nearest MRT: Cashew MRT Station Join a research team to improve system design and training through applied research, working closely with universities, research institutes, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage applied research projects related to human factors and user-centred system design. Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and industry partners on research studies, testing, and evaluations. Analyse research findings and develop recommendations to improve system design and performance. Support the development and enhancement of training methodologies based on research outcomes. Prepare research reports, technical papers, and presentations for stakeholders. Stay updated on developments in human factors, cognitive science, and related fields to support continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering or a STEM-related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in human factors, applied research, engineering, or a related field. Experience working with research institutions, academia, or industry partners on research or testing projects will be an advantage. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
