Contract duration: 12 months (agency contract) Working hours: Mon - Fri (Office hours) Nearest MRT: Labrador Park What you will do: Inspect and assess Licensed Healthcare Services (LHS) under LHSS for compliance with HCSA requirements and subsidiary legislation Conduct reviews into feedback and complaints against healthcare services Support ongoing process improvement initiatives Any other tasks as assigned by supervisors and management What we are looking for: Degree holder Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting Familiarity with regulatory or compliance work is an advantage Strong written and communication skills We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
