Key Highlights: Office Hours: Monday-Friday Nearest MRT: Buona Vista Station Be a part of a team supporting the administration and coordination of funding programmes that enable social service organisations to strengthen their capabilities and deliver impact to the community. Key Responsibilities: • Manage application windows for funding programmes, including coordinating timelines and ensuring smooth process execution • Prepare and distribute programme information and communication materials to eligible organisations • Review, verify, and process funding proposals and related submissions in line with approved guidelines • Prepare summary reports and documentation for internal review and approval • Manage claims submissions by checking completeness, accuracy, and alignment with approved projects and funding limits • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify submission details and resolve discrepancies • Maintain and update programme databases, ensuring accurate tracking of approvals, balances, and project records • Respond to queries from shared mailboxes and provide timely administrative support • Support audit activities and compliance checks where required • Assist in vendor coordination, including sharing of updates, guidance materials, and process information Key Requirements: • GCE A Levels or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline • 2 to 4 years of experience in grants administration, programme coordination, subvention support, or similar administrative roles preferred • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured and organised manner • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Good written communication skills with ability to prepare clear summaries and reports Only shortlisted candidates are notified.
