About the Role 📍 Location: Nearest MRT (Kent Ridge) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $4K/month 🗓 Start Date: Immediate 📅 Duration: 12-month contract Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute student events (orientation, networking, commencement, info sessions) Manage event logistics — venues, catering, registration, materials, onsite support Update the department website using WordPress and improve SEO with AI tools Create marketing collaterals (social posts, flyers, videos) using Canva and generative AI Support admissions outreach via social media, email campaigns, and simple marketing materials Coordinate with students, faculty, and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery Handle basic admin — records, quotations, invoices, event follow-ups Key Requirements: Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or related field At least 2 years of experience in marketing related Working knowledge of WordPress Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools Open to using new AI tools for content creation Interested candidates please click “Apply Now”.
