Key Highlights Contract Duration: 12 months Salary Range: $4,100 – $4,500 Work Location: MRT Toa Payoh We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support end-to-end procurement operations and provide advisory support to internal buying divisions. Key Responsibilities Provide procurement advisory support to buying divisions on procurement activities Support procurement submissions including expenditure papers and award recommendation reports Advise on sourcing documentation such as specifications, procurement strategies, and evaluation criteria to ensure value-for-money outcomes Manage end-to-end procurement activities Publishing tenders and quotations Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoicing Instructions (II) Performing contract variations in the system Build and maintain strong relationships with buying divisions Contribute to the review and improvement of procurement policies and processes Requirements Qualification in any discipline (Diploma or Degree) 4 to 6 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the public sector Strong understanding of government procurement processes Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
