Customer Service & Admin Executive ($2500- $3000/Month | 6-Months Contract) We’re hiring a Customer Service & Admin Executive to support customer enquiries, event coordination, and smooth execution of training programmes. If you have experience in customer service, event support, and administrative coordination, this role could be a good fit for you. 📍 Nearest MRT : Redhill 🕘 Working Hours : Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm 💰 Salary: $2500 - $3000/Month What You’ll Be Doing: Provide customer service, course administration, and logistics support for courses, assessments, events, and related programmes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Attend to learner and organization enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests while ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage and process course enrolment applications, including supporting learners throughout their programme journey. Work closely with Programme Managers to coordinate the smooth delivery of assigned courses and events. Handle administrative matters including invoice follow-ups, outstanding payments, refunds, appeals, and waiver requests. Provide operational support for daily class activities and perform other duties asassigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder. Minimum1 year of experience in administration or event management. Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with good written communication abilities. Able to multitask, priorities tasks effectively, and manage responsibilities in an organized and systematic manner. Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
