About the Role 📍 Location: Nearest MRT, (Kent Ridge) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $4000/month 🗓 Start Date: Immediate 📅 Duration: 12-month contract Summary Are you someone who enjoys running programmes from start to finish? We're looking for a Programme Executive to own the end-to-end operations of Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the full lifecycle of assigned CET programmes — from course setup and SSG submissions to delivery and close-out Coordinate faculty, trainers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery Handle SSG funding applications, claims, and compliance documentation Resolve learner enquiries and operational issues as they arise Key Requirements: Minimum a Degree in any relevant studies. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in CET, higher education, or professional training Hands-on experience with SSG/Skills Future funding and TGS submissions Proven ability to run programmes independently (not just support) Proficient in Microsoft Office Interested candidates please click “Apply Now”.
