Key Highlights: Contract Duration: 9-month contract with possible extension Salary: Up to $3,300/month Opportunity to support internal communications and capability development initiatives within the Public Sector Exposure to web management, digital communications, campaign coordination, and stakeholder engagement Key Responsibilities: Web Management: Maintain and manage Microsoft SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite platforms Ensure web content is updated, relevant, and aligned with organizational messaging Develop and publish internal communications materials to engage staff on new initiatives and developments Coordinate with internal stakeholders to shape and disseminate communications across suitable channels Monitor effectiveness of internal communication efforts and recommend improvements Digital Content & Design: Assist in creating digital communication assets such as web banners, posters, and eDMs using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools Support content writing, editing, and publishing for microsites and internal platforms Provide basic event photography and photo editing support when required Campaign & Project Support: Support execution of campaign initiatives, including event coordination and logistical arrangements Liaise with appointed creative agencies and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations Assist with on-site event support and audience engagement activities Maintain campaign databases and support campaign lifecycle tracking Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and trends Provide ad hoc administrative and communications support including data entry, research, and formatting tasks Key Requirements: Degree or Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply Experience managing or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 365 platforms Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Prior experience in communications, digital content, web management, or project coordination roles is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
