Key Highlights: Office Hours: Monday - Friday Nearest MRT: Choa Chu Kang Station Join the team as an Administrative Support Officer, to support the coordination of administrative functions and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Manage procurement-related documentation, including purchase requests, approvals and order processing. Track vendor performance, maintain status reports and support service monitoring activities. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on operational matters. Maintain audit-ready records, including reports, SOPs, logbooks and supporting documents. Support scheduling and coordination of courses, meetings and operational activities. Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for management review. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Key Requirements: Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant administrative, operations or coordination experience. Experience in procurement, vendor coordination or operational support will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
