Key Responsibilities: • Handle and process incoming enquiries and case-related requests in accordance with established guidelines • Review and assess applications or appeals, ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting information • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain required information and facilitate case resolution • Support the management of complex cases involving multiple parties and follow-up actions • Assist in data entry, documentation, and maintenance of case records in internal systems • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, including identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements • Perform general administrative and operational support duties as required Key Requirements: • Experience in customer service, case management, or administrative support roles • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various stakeholders • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to handle varied operational tasks • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Only shortlisted candidates are notified.
