Be part of a team that keeps data accurate and processes running smoothly through handling returns, engaging respondents, and supporting key reporting work. 📍 Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay (Central Region) 🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm 💰 Salary: $2.1K – $2.7K per month 📅 Duration: 9-month contract Key Responsibilities: Edit and verify returns, including clarifying discrepancies with respondents Follow up via email and telephone on outstanding submissions Extract, organise, and tabulate data from accounts and source documents Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records Support general administrative and reporting tasks as assigned Key Requirements: Minimum a GCE ‘N’ Level (minimum 3 passes) in Business Administration, Accountancy, Statistics, or related fields; with relevant experience Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills Good communication skills with customer service mindset Able to manage tasks efficiently and follow established procedures Meticulous, organised, and able to work both independently and in a team If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you - apply now!
